Graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Yucatán, with postgraduate studies in corporate law from the Universidad Anáhuac and ITAM with extensive experience collaborating in law firms and as an in-house lawyer for important companies.

During his more than 20 years of experience I have collaborated developing the work of legal advisor in companies of multiple lines and sizes.

With abundant experience in managing shareholders' meetings and board of directors meetings, facilitating processes that aim to carry out corporate restructures, mergers, spin-offs, capital movements, payment of dividends of different characteristics, issuance of shares, granting of powers of attorney, legal audits, statute reforms, incorporation, dissolution and liquidation of companies and other issues all related to the corporate legal area.
